Claudie Caufour is a certified clinical psychologist, sex therapist, hypnotherapist, EFT practitioner and co-founder of the Cabinet Lyonnais de Psychothérapie. She uses brief therapies, and EFT (Emotional Freedom Techniques) has radically altered her therapeutic practice. This easy-to-learn method makes it possible to relieve pain very fast, whether the cause is psychological or physical. One of the advantages of this tool is that patients can easily adopt it themselves and become increasingly autonomous in managing their pain. They rapidly experience benefits in their daily lives, simply by tapping. EFT has become standard practice in her daily therapeutic work.
In the framework of her couples counselling, her work focuses on communication, conflict management, discord and sexual problems. Her knowledge of the demands of sportspersons (she was league champion and French champion of contact karate) enables her to apply an approach specifically tailored to enhance performance.
Valérie Picard, co-founder of the Cabinet Lyonnais de Psychothérapie, is a certified clinical psychologist, hypnotherapist and EFT practitioner in Lyon.
She uses approaches such as EFT, NLP, and clinical and Ericksonian hypnosis as effective tools for brief therapies.
Since her training with Jean-Michel Gurret, she has found EFT to be a particularly useful tool, adaptable to all patients of all ages. It is very easy for the patient to use, and provides quick freedom from the negative emotions that can overwhelm us occasionally or constantly in our daily lives.
She very often associates EFT with Altered States of Consciousness and achieves surprising, lasting results.
EFT is perfectly suited to all child problems and children tend to adopt it as a game. The technique enables them to be increasingly autonomous in managing their negative emotions.
Annick Ghione is a certified practitioner of Ericksonian Hypnosis, NLP, sophro-relaxology, and Level 2 training in Bach Flower Remedies. She is also co-founder of the Hyland organization in 2004, to promote Ericksonian hypnosis. She has practised EFT since her certification by Jean-Michel Gurret in June 2009.
Her knowledge of pain has given her an in-depth understanding of this field, along with depression, eating disorders, tobacco addiction, and various stress-related disorders.
In 2004 Annick Ghione founded the non-profit organization L’Atelier du Bien Etre, in which she runs stress management classes for groups (blog: latelierdubienetre.hautetfort.com). She encourages members to produce a play that she wrote, and the proceeds are given to a charity. In 2008 she worked with the organization “REVES” for sick children.
EPSYSF’s concern is to minimize its running expenses as far as possible so that donations can be used essentially for its fieldwork.
EPSYSF is housed free-of-charge on the premises of the Cabinet Lyonnais de Psychothérapie in Lyon and uses its office facilities.
The trainers who share the EPSYSF philosophy and engage in its action do so on a purely voluntary basis, freely giving their time, skills and expertise to the organization.
Any individual engaged in the organization does so on a strictly voluntary basis.
